Husker Fan Day

Ashley and I took the kids to Husker Fan Day at Memorial Stadium on Friday. 

And....that is about all we did.  Took them.  They had already been to the Omaha Zoo that morning AND it was 104 degrees out AND Grady hadn't had a nap yet and Brynlee had a short one.  So, we weren't really in any condition to wait in lines for autographs.  So, we went to see it and got to run around on the field for awhile.  It was fun to see!  Maybe in a few years, when Grady might care more, we will feel like waiting in line, but not yet!  Well, maybe his Dad would of, but Ashley and I weren't feeling it...

This was actually later that night at Southpointe.  They have Friday Night concerts in the summer, so we went to eat and then listened to the music for awhile.  The kids were LOVING it!  I have an awesome video of them dancing to it.  Brynlee was out of control!  Wish we could have stayed longer. 

We got to see the cheerleaders perform a little bit.
