Strep

Yep, 3 of us on antibiotics for strep throat.  I think Grady had it 2 weeks ago, but it never really turned into anything.  He just had really swollen glands, so we kept waiting for something to hit him, but it never did.  Then Paul started feeling really sick last Tuesday and was out sick the rest of the week.  Took him 5 days to even feel normal again.  He went to the doctor Thursday and was confirmed to have strep.  I started getting a really sore throat (but that's it) on Wednesday afternoon.  Brynlee woke up Saturday morning with a fever and swollen glands so we took her in to urgent care right away, and I also got tested.  We were both positive for it.  So, all 3 of us are on meds for awhile.  Brynlee LOVES her medicine.  She gets really mad when it is all gone and we won't give her anymore.  When we tell her it is time to take it, she runs into the kitchen squealing with delight and jumps up and down waiting for it.  At least it isn't a struggle to give it to her!  :)  She has been acting normal, eating & sleeping normal, and only had a fever for a couple days, so it didn't really hit her hard either.  Paul is the only one who gets hit hard.  Hmmm.....  :)
